Pod Bird Feeder: Lolli Flower Top 102

Chickadees and Nuthatches love this fun little feeder!  It is made of high-fire porcelain clay, thrown on a potters-wheel.  When dry, the porcelain form is fired once to bisque temperature, and then glazed in a white opaque glaze.  The coloured lollipops are painted into the raw glaze by hand and the piece is fired again.  The bead is also ceramic and the hanger is coated stainless steel.

This feeder can stay outside in the winter, as long as water drains freely.  Regular cleaning and drainage holes in the base will help keep the seed dry and your feathered friends healthy.  Your birds will love you and your feeder will retain its fade-free good looks for many years.
